For exchanges, we offer either the same product (subject to availability) or a coupon of equal value to the amount paid in the original order. This coupon can be used on your next purchase.
Store Credit
Once the returned item reaches our warehouse, we will issue store credit within 2-3 Working days. The store credit will be added to your Zarissa account and can be used for future purchases on our website.
